RAMALLAH, July 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were shot by Israeli forces and dozens suffered from tear gas inhalation during an Israeli military raid on the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, on Thursday night. 

Meantime, several others were also injured after Israeli soldiers beat residents during a raid on a home.

Amin Abu Alia, head of the al-Mughayyir Village Council, told WAFA that confrontations erupted after Israeli forces stormed the village, during which three Palestinians were shot with live ammunition in the abdomen, hip, and thigh.

He said Israeli forces raided the eastern part of the village and stormed an inhabited home, where soldiers assaulted civilians, leaving several with bruises and other injuries. The assault came after Israeli colonists attacked the house, prompting residents to gather in support of the family.

According to Abu Alia, Israeli forces then fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters at Palestinians during the ensuing confrontations.
