QALQILIYA, July 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Several Palestinian citizens suffocated from tear gas on Monday evening during an Israeli military raid by Israeli occupation forces on the city of Qalqilya, according to local sources.
Sources told WAFA that the occupation forces stormed the city from its main eastern entrance and spread across the northern area, Al-Marj, and Al-Naqqar neighborhood.
Forces fired sound bombs and tear gas towards a café near the northern checkpoint, causing several citizens to suffer from suffocation. They were all treated on the scene.
