QALQILYA, Monday, July 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya and nearby towns on Monday, carrying out house raids and an arrest.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli forces, reinforced with military vehicles, entered Qalqilya through its main southern entrance and deployed in the Al-Jaidi neighborhood, where they raided and searched the home of Abdullah Diab before arresting him.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed the town of Kafr Thulth, south of Qalqilya, deploying along the main street and raiding several homes, including those of Ali Rafiq and Fadi Arafah. No arrests were reported.
The forces also erected a military checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Imatin, east of Qalqilya, where they stopped vehicles and checked passengers' identification cards, disrupting movement to and from the town.
