BETHLEHEM, July 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists damaged the main electricity line supplying the village of al-Maniya, southeast of Bethlehem, on Friday, according to Palestinian security sources.

The sources said Israeli colonists broke into the village and destroyed the electricity line, cutting power to the community and causing fear and panic among residents. It marked the second such incident in the village within a week.

Attacks by Israeli colonists in the region have intensified in recent weeks, with incidents including assaults on homes, attacks on residents, and attempts to run over Palestinians with vehicles.
