NABLUS, June 30, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists attacked on Tuesday the staff of the village council in Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus.
The head of the village council, Abdul Qader Makhlouf that he, along with council members and staff, had gone to extinguish a fire that broke out between Asira al-Qibliya and the nearby village of Urif. After successfully putting out the fire, they were attacked by colonists from the nearby Yitzhar settlement, who threw stones and sprayed pepper gas.
