RAMALLAH, June 29, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Monday evening raided the al-Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah, following an attack by colonists on the outskirts of the village, according to the head of the Village Council, Amin Abu Alia.
Abu Alia told WAFA that colonists attempted to storm the village from the eastern side, noting that the occupation forces afterwards raided the village to protect the intruders, while firing sound bombs and tear gas canisters, with no injuries reported.
He added that the occupation forces had earlier set up a military checkpoint at the western entrance to the village, where they assaulted residents and physically attacked several of them, with no arrests reported.
