BETHLEHEM, June 24, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Wednesday vandalized a vehicle belonging to the Rashaydeh Village Council east of Bethlehem.

Head of the village council, Bakr Rashaydeh, told WAFA that colonists stormed the village, attacked the council vehicle, smashed its front windshield, punctured its tires, and caused extensive damage to it.

Rashaydeh added that colonists’ attacks against residents of the village have escalated in recent times, the latest taking place last night when colonists stormed the eastern part of the village and fired live ammunition near homes, sparking fear and panic among residents.
