RAMALLAH, June 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists, on Monday evening, attacked the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, according to local sources.

Sources said that Palestinian residents fended off an attack carried out by a group of colonists on the outskirts of Turmus Ayya town, with no injuries reported.

Sources said that Israeli forces stormed the town to provide protection for colonists, raided a café and a carpentry workshop, and detained a young man before releasing him later.

Turmus Ayya is subject to repeated attacks by colonists and Israeli occupation forces, including assaults on residents and their property, the burning of agricultural crops, and the closure of the town’s entrance.
