RAMALLAH, June 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists assaulted several Palestinians on Monday near the village of Atara, north of Ramallah, according to local sources.
The sources told WAFA that a group of Israeli colonists attacked Palestinians traveling in a vehicle after they mistakenly entered the Khirbet Tarfin area, on the outskirts of the village, where a settlement outpost was established on seized land in August of last year.
The sources said the colonists beat the Palestinians, tied them up, and detained them until Israeli forces arrived at the scene.
No further information was immediately available regarding the condition of the victims or whether any of them was detained by the forces following the incident.
