JERUSALEM, June 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Friday damaged water lines supplying Bedouin communities in the area of Khan al-Ahmar, east of occupied Jerusalem, according to local rights organizations.
The Al-Baidar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights said groups of colonists cut and vandalized water pipelines serving the Al-Arara Al-Mahtoush and Al-Tibna Bedouin communities in Khan al-Ahmar.
The organization noted that targeting water infrastructure exacerbates the hardships faced by residents and directly affects their basic daily needs, particularly as these Bedouin communities rely on the pipelines as a primary source of water.
