BETHLEHEM, June 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists on Monday night attacked Palestinian residents' homes in the village of Al-Minya, southeast of Bethlehem, pelting them with stones near the village roundabout.
Ahmed Kawazbeh, head of Al-Minya Village Council, told WAFA that colonists threw stones at homes belonging to the Jabarin family and engaged in provocative acts against residents in the area. No injuries were reported.
Kawazbeh warned that colonists’ attacks have escalated in recent weeks, including the pursuit of residents and the throwing of stones at homes, which in some cases has led to injuries among local residents.
He added that the repeated assaults have increased fear and concern among residents of the village.
