HEBRON, June 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday issued demolition and construction halt orders against Palestinian homes in the towns of Yatta and Idhna, while Israeli colonists set fire to agricultural land and crops in the towns of Adh-Dhahiriya and Idhna in the southern occupied West Bank governorate of Hebron.
According to WAFA correspondent, Israeli forces notified citizen Abdullah Ahmad Ihrezat of a demolition order targeting his inhabited residence in the Khirbet Imneizil area, south of Hebron.
In the town of Idhna, west of Hebron, occupation forces raided the Ras Nofal area and issued stop-work and construction orders against two homes belonging to Palestinian citizens Shadi and Moayad Al-Batran.
Meanwhile, armed colonists from the nearby Adora Settlement, built on Palestinian land, set fire to farmers’ fields east of Idhna, causing extensive damage to agricultural land.
In a separate incident, another group of colonists torched crops in the Deir Shams area south of Adh-Dhahiriya belonging to farmer Hijazi Al-Samamra. Large portions of the crops were burned before local residents managed to extinguish the blaze and prevent it from spreading to vast areas of wheat and barley fields.
