HEBRON, May 27, 2026 (WAFA) – An Israeli colonist on Wednesday attacked a Palestinian mother and her child in Khirbet al-Markez of the Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, according to an activist.

Osama Makhamra said that a colonist physically beat up a mother and her child after breaking into her family’s dwelling in the hamlet, inflicting bruises on them.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces handed several notices, ordering a halt on the construction of several structures and the demolition of others in al-Abbadiya area of the Umm Qissa in the Yatta wilderness.
