BEIRUT, May 27, 2026 (WAFA) – An Israeli strike on Wednesday morning killed two Lebanese people in southern Lebanon, according to the National News Agency (NNA).
It reported that Israeli warplanes carried out a dawn airstrike on the town of Deir Aames in the Tyre district, killing two people and injuring another.
It further reported that Israeli warplanes carried out successive airstrikes targeting the towns of Deir Zahrani, Haboush and Jebchit in the Nabatieh district.
