HEBRON, May 24, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Sunday vandalized the memorial of late Palestinian nonviolent resistance activist Suleiman al-Hathaleen in the area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
Local sources reported that colonists, for the fifth time, destroyed and damaged the memorial erected in Khirbet Umm al-Khair in Masafer Yatta, in addition to damaging trees planted around it.
The memorial commemorates Suleiman al-Hathaleen, who was previously killed after being run over by Israeli forces at the entrance of the village about five years ago.
