JENIN, May 16, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was killed on Saturday morning after being shot by Israeli occupation forces during in the Jenin refugee camp.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that Nour al-Din Fayyad, 34, was shot dead by Israeli forces during their ongoing offensive in the camp.
The camp has remained sealed off by Israeli occupation forces since January 2025, with Palestinians denied access under strict military orders. Citizens attempting to enter the camp risk being shot or abducted by Israeli soldiers.
