BIERUT, May 13, 2026 (WAFA) – Lebanon’s Health Ministry Emergency Operations Center announced on Wednesday that eight Lebanese citizens, including two children, were killed as a result of a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting the coastal highway in Barja, Jiyyeh, and Saadiyat, in southern Lebanon.
The strikes resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries.
