RAMALLAH, March 17, 2026 (WAFA) – The General Authority of Civil Affairs reported that a 17-year-old Palestinian minor was killed and another citizen was moderately injured by Israeli forces’ gunfire on Monday night near the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah.

The authority noted that Israeli authorities withheld the body of the slain teen, who was identified as Salim Sami Salim Fuqaha, 17.

Earlier tonight, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that Israeli forces prevented its medical crews from reaching the injured near the Sinjil junction. Local sources reported that the Israeli army withheld the injured and barred residents and Palestinian ambulance crews from approaching the area.
