GAZA, March 14, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian woman was killed by Israeli occupation forces on Saturday afternoon in al-Maghazi refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli military vehicles stationed east of the camp opened gunfire on a woman from the Abu Shawarib family, killing her.
Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect at noon on 10 October 2025, the occupation forces have killed at least 658 Palestinians and injured 1,754 others. The bodies of 756 Palestinians have been retrieved over the same period.
Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing at least 72,234 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 171,852 others.
Thousands of victims remain trapped under collapsed buildings or on the streets. However, emergency responders are struggling to reach them due to a lack of essential equipment for debris removal and rescue operations.
