HEBRON, December 14, 2025 (WAFA) — A Palestinian young man was killed on Sunday evening after being shot by Israeli occupation forces at the northern entrance to the city of Hebron, south of the occupied West Bank, according to medical sources.
The Ministry of Health said it was informed by the General Authority of Civil Affairs informed that Mohammad Wael Al-Sharouf, 23, was shot dead by Israeli forces north of Hebron, and that his body was seized by Israeli occupation authorities.
Earlier today, Palestinian security sources told WAFA that Israeli forces stationed at the northern entrance to Hebron opened fire at Al-Sharouf, hitting him in the head. He was left bleeding at the scene, while Israeli soldiers prevented ambulance crews from reaching him to provide medical assistance.
The same sources added that Israeli forces closed all main entrances leading to the city of Hebron following the incident, further restricting movement in and out of the area.
