NABLUS, November 21, 2025 (WAFA) – A young Palestinian man was killed by Israeli occupation forces on Friday evening after they surrounded a house in the town of Tell, west of Nablus.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said it was informed by the General Authority of Civil Affairs that Younes Waleed Mohammad Shtayyeh, 24, adding that Israeli forces are withholding his body.

According to local reports, Israeli special forces infiltrated the town of Tell and besieged the home of citizen Waleed Shtayeh, followed by the arrival of several military jeeps and armored vehicles.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces fired live ammunition and stun grenades around the surrounded house, wounding Shtayyeh before detaining him.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said Israeli soldiers prevented its medical teams from reaching the wounded man, before he was later announced dead.
