Israeli colonists demolish Palestinian tents and livestock enclosures in northern Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY, November 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists today demolished residential tents and livestock enclosures belonging to Palestinian families in the hamlet of Humsa in the northern Jordan Valley, local sources reported.

Motaz Bisharat, the settlement file official in Tubas Governorate, said the colonists brought bulldozers and destroyed the tents and livestock pens of Yasser Abu Kabbash and his son, Sand. Bisharat noted that this is the first time colonists have used bulldozers to carry out such demolitions.

The Israeli occupation had previously issued demolition orders for these structures nearly two years ago.

In a related development, colonists began reclaiming a plot of land near Ain al-Sakout in the northern Jordan Valley, with the intent to seize it, according to Mahdi Draghmeh, head of the village council of al-Maleh.
