GAZA, October 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Two citizens were killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) fire east of Gaza City on Monday.
A medical source at the Baptist Hospital reported that two citizens were killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) fire in the Al-Sha'af area of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.
According to medical sources, 44 citizens were killed yesterday by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) fire in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
It is worth noting that the death toll from the IOF's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,159 while 170,203 others wounded since October 7, 2023.
