HEBRON, September 20, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was injured on Saturday after being severely beaten by armed Israeli colonists in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

WAFA correspondent reported that the victim, Mohammad Abu Aram, was attacked while returning to his home in the village of Al-Halawah in the said region. He sustained bruises and contusions as a result of the assault, and subsequently received treatment on site.

Israeli colonists in the area, often armed and operating under the protection of the Israeli military, regularly carry out attacks against Palestinian residents and communities in Masafer Yatta, an area that faces ongoing threats of displacement and land confiscation.
