HEBRON, September 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian man on Saturday while confronting colonists who attacked his family's home in the town of Tarqumiya, west of Hebron.

Local sources told WAFA that Israeli colonists from the so-called Telem illegal colony, built on Palestinian lands and property in the town of Tarqumiya, attacked the home of Mahmoud Ahmad Shalalfa in the Wadi Abed neighborhood east of the town and attempted to steal sheep from his family's barn.

The Shalalfa family confronted the heavily armed colonists and prevented them from stealing the sheep. Shortly after, Israeli forces raided the house and arrested his son, Muhammad.
