NABLUS, September 2, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces (IOF) assaulted a Palestinian citizen at dawn on Tuesday and detained 13 others during raids on the villages of Kafr Qalil, Tal, Asira al-Shamaliya, and Qusra in Nablus Governorate.
Security and local sources told WAFA that Israeli military jeeps raided the village of Kafr Qalil, south of Nablus, and assaulted a Palestinian citizen, causing him bruises. He was subsequently transferred to the hospital for treatment.
IOF also searched several homes, conducted field investigations, and detained five Palestinians.
The sources added that the occupation forces also stormed the villages of Tal, southwest of Nablus, Asira al-Shamaliya, north of the governorate, and Qusra, south of it, and raided a number of homes there, searched them, and ransacked their contents, and detained two people from the town of Tal, one from Asira al-Shamaliya, and five from the village of Qusra.
