NEW YORK, August 30, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said its warehouses in Egypt and Jordan are "full and ready to load approximately 6,000 trucks" of aid into the Gaza Strip.

In a post on X, the agency stressed that Israeli authorities' ban on the entry of UNRWA humanitarian aid into Gaza must be lifted.

"UNRWA has an effective system in place to distribute aid safely and on a large scale," the agency reiterated.

It added, "Our warehouses in Egypt and Jordan are full and ready to load approximately 6,000 trucks" if Israel approves their entry.

UNRWA stressed that it must be allowed to deliver "life-saving aid through land routs" into the enclave.
