JORDAN VALLEY, Aug 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Colonists on Friday stormed the Samra hamlet in the northern Jordan Valley, according to local sources.

Sources told WAFA that several colonists raided the community, moving provocatively among residents’ tents and spreading fear and panic among children, women, and the elderly.

The hamlet endures daily attacks and incursions by armed colonists, carrying out provocative acts against the defenseless Palestinian citizens.

Samra is one of several Palestinian communities scattered across the northern Jordan Valley. Its residents depend on grazing their livestock in nearby pastures that colonists have long since closed off.
