GAZA, August 29, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 30 Palestinians were killed, including four aid seekers, and several others wounded today as Israeli airstrikes continued to pound multiple areas across the Gaza Strip since dawn Friday.
WAFA correspondent reported that five Palestinians were killed and others injured when Israeli forces bombed tents sheltering displaced in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis.
Another nine Palestinians were killed and several others wounded after a home was struck in Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
In the Sudaniya area northwest of Gaza City, four Palestinians were killed and others wounded when Israeli forces targeted a tent sheltering displaced families.
Meantime, four Palestinians were shot dead by Israeli occupation forces while seeking aid near the U.S.-run GHF aid distribution center north of the Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza.
Two more Palestinians were killed and others injured in an airstrike on a home in Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
Meanwhile, in Deir al-Balah, a Palestinian man and his wife were killed and others injured when their home on Al-Salam Street was hit, while three others were killed when an Israeli drone strike targeted civilians on Abu Husni Street in the city.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 62,966 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 159,266 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
