RAMALLAH, August 26, 2025 (WAFA) – Twenty-four Palestinians were injured by live and rubber-coated steel bullets, while others suffered suffocation during the Israeli occupation forces' military incursion in the centers of Ramallah and al-Bireh, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
According to the PRCS, seven Palestinians were injured by live bullets, six by rubber-coated steel bullets, three by shrapnel live bullet shrapnel, and five others suffered suffocation from tear gas.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces detained at least three people after raiding a money exchange shop in the besieged area of central Ramallah and al-Bireh, seizing all its contents.
During the raid, a journalist's vehicle was also hit by rubber bullets.
Occupation forces climbed onto the roofs of several buildings and suppressed participants in the National Day for the Recovery of the Bodies of slain Palestinians held by the occupation authorities at the Baladna Center in al-Bireh.
