ILLINOIS, August 24, 2025 (WAFA) – Pro-Palestine demonstrations continued in the city of Chicago, Illinois, as protesters renewed their weekly calls to end U.S. military and financial support for Israel and to stop the ongoing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
Participants stressed that the persistence of these weekly protests reflects their rejection of the ongoing Israeli assault and their commitment to keeping the issue alive in American public discourse.
Protesters declared that their continued mobilization sends a message that they will not remain silent in the face of the Israeli massacres and starvation policies. They affirmed that their grassroots movement will persist until justice is achieved for the Palestinian people and U.S. aid to Israel is halted.
