BETHLEHEM, August 21, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists attacked Palestinian vehicles on Thursday evening near the southern entrance of Bethlehem, south of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources told WAFA that a group of colonists gathered at the roundabout near the illegal Gush Etzion colonial bloc, built on Palestinian-owned land south of Bethlehem. They blocked the main road connecting Jerusalem and Hebron and pelted Palestinian cars with stones, causing damage to several vehicles.
In response to the assault, many residents were forced to take an alternative route through the Al-Manshiya area to avoid further attacks.
Such acts of violence by colonists continue to pose a daily threat to Palestinian civilians in the West Bank, often occurring under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
