RAMALLAH, July 30, 2025 (WAFA) – The Belgian Public Prosecutor's Office has decided the referral of two Israeli soldiers to the International Criminal Court (ICC) over allegations of war crimes committed in Gaza.
In a statement relapsed on Wednesday, the Public Prosecutor's Office said that the Brussels-based Hind Rajab Foundation had filed two complaints against two Israeli soldiers who traveled to the Belgian city of Boom to attend the Tomorrowland music festival on July 18 and 19.
The Public Prosecutor's Office added that after examining the complaint, it decided to refer the cases of the two soldiers to the ICC, in line with Belgium's international obligations and to ensure the proper administration of justice.
