SALFIT, June 23, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Monday stole a Palestinian citizen’s vehicle at gunpoint while he was traveling on a dirt road near the village of Rafat west of Salfit in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources, the colonists intercepted the vehicle on an agricultural road connecting the towns of Kafr ad-Dik and Rafat. They threatened the driver at gunpoint, forcibly took his vehicle and fled toward nearby colonies.
Israeli occupation forces also installed three caravans at the entrance to the town of Bruqin, also west of Salfit. The move has raised concerns among residents, as it may indicate plans to establish a permanent military outpost or a new colonial settlement outpost in the area.
