JERICHO, June 17, 2025 (WAFA) – Armed colonists Tuesday evening stormed the vicinity of Palestinian residents’ homes in the Arab al-Malihat Bedouin community northwest of Jericho, according to a local official.
Hassan Malihat, an official with Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that several armed colonists raided the community, grazed their sheep on Bedouin fodder and straw bundles, and banned the villagers’ access to their livestock pens.
Colonists' violence and provocations against Palestinians and their properties have significantly increased since the onset of the all-out Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7, 2023.
