HEBRON, May 23, 2025 (WAFA) — Israeli colonists on Friday demolished six structures belonging to Palestinian residents east of the town of Yatta in the southern West Bank, according to a local activist.
Osama Makhamra, a media activist, told WAFA that colonists from the illegal settlement of Beni Hefer destroyed three tents and three makeshift shelters belonging to the Othman al-Mahaniyeh family in the area northeast of Yatta.
Makhamra added that the structures had only recently been erected, following a legal ruling by an Israeli court in favor of the residents allowing them to rebuild.
