RAMALLAH, April 25, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth was injured on Friday evening by Israeli forces’ live gunfire during confrontations in the town of Sinjil, northeast of Ramallah.
Local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces opened fire on Palestinian youths in the said town as they confronted a colonists’ raid on the Jabal al-Tall area to the south, leading to the injury of a youth with a live gunshot in the chest.
The Ministry of Health later reported that a critically injured youth, who was shot in the chest by Israeli forces in the town of Sinjil, was transferred to Salfit Governmental Hospital.
The area has been subjected to widespread colonists’ violence in recent days, during which 48-year-old Wael Basem Ghafari was killed. Colonists have also torched agricultural rooms and animal sheds, stolen livestock, carried out repeated incursions, and erected a new outpost tent.
