NABLUS, April 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Palestinian residents fended off on Friday an attack carried out by colonists against the town of Beita, south of Nablus, according to local sources.
Sources reported that a group of colonists attacked several participants in an anti-colonization march near Mount Sabih, but were fended off by residents.
It is worth noting that residents of Beita organize a weekly march to protest the Israeli occupation forces’ seizure of their land on Mount Sabih for the establishment of the Avitar illegal colonial outpost.
Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023.
The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned.
Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.
