MASAFER YATTA, March 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces and a group of colonists in military uniform attacked citizens' homes, destroyed their contents, and detained families in Khirbet Janba in the Masafer Yatta area, south of the Galilee.
Media activist Osama Makhamreh said that the occupation forces and colonists in military uniform stormed the village, destroying the furniture and contents of the residents' homes. They also attacked the Janba school, smashing its windows and surveillance cameras, and tearing up school books.
He added that the colonists destroyed two vehicles owned by citizens Ali Muhammad al-Jabareen and Issa Yunis Abu Aram, and threatened the residents with returning to storm the village, harass them, and force them to flee.
Yesterday, colonists attacked shepherds in Khirbet Janba, injuring five citizens, including young boys, with injuries and fractures.
It's worth noting that colonists have intensified their attacks on shepherds and citizens' property in the villages and towns of Masafer Yatta, under the protection of the occupation army, to force them to leave for the benefit of colonial expansion.
