HEBRON, March 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists Thursday attacked Palestinian shepherds in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, according to an official.
Media activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that a group of colonists sneaked their way into Khirbet al-Halawa in Masafer Yatta, where they attacked Palestinian shepherds, assaulting Mahmoud Khalil Abu Aram, broking his phone and attempting to steal a family's herd of livestock.
Meanwhile, the gun-toting soldiers were confronted by residents.
He pointed to repeated attacks on shepherds and their livestock by settlers, who aim to force residents to leave their lands for the benefit of colonial expansion.
