JORDAN VALLEY, March 24, 2025 (WAFA) – Last night, colonists plowed dozens of dunams of agricultural land in Al-Farisiya in the Northern Jordan Valley.
Mehdi Daraghmeh, head of the village council in Al-Malih and the Bedouin encampments, said that a number of settlers plowed nearly 200 dunams of rain-fed agricultural land in Al-Farisiya in the Northern Jordan Valley last night, noting that these lands have not been cultivated this season.
The area has been subjected to repeated attacks by colonists for months, including grazing their livestock on citizens' rain-fed crops, preventing shepherds from accessing grazing areas, and frequent raids, especially at night, on Palestinian communities, intimidating children and women.
