GAZA, March 22, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were killed and several others were injured on Saturday following Israeli airstrikes targeting the village of Umm al-Nasser and the town of Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza.
Local sources reported that Israeli drones targeted Beit Lahiya and Umm al-Nasser in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of three Palestinian citizens and injuries to others.
Additionally, several injured individuals were transferred to the Indonesian Hospital following an artillery shelling by Israeli forces that hit a group of civilians in the Azbat Beit Hanoun area in the same district.
Israeli artillery also shelled areas around the Palestine Square opposite the Al-Nada Towers in northern Gaza, as well as the Shabura refugee camp in central Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 49,747 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 113,213 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
