Three Palestinians injured by Israeli gunfire in central Gaza

GAZA, March 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire on Saturday evening on Salah al-Din Street in the central Gaza Strip, according to local sources.

WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli drone opened fire on civilians near the Al-Shuhada Junction on Salah al-Din Street, leading to the injury of three people.

Meantime, a Palestinian was injured by Israeli gunfire in the town of Abasan al-Jadida, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Although a ceasefire agreement came into effect on January 19 after more than 15 months of brutal Israeli genocide, Israel continues to violate the agreement by targeting civilians in the region almost every day.

According to local health authorities, the death toll among Palestinians since the start of Israel's war on the region in October 2023 has risen to 48,453, with an additional 111,860 people injured.
