JORDAN VALLEY, March 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, attacked Palestinian residential tents, vandalized their contents, and damaged a tractor’s tires in the village of Al-Nasariyah in the central Jordan Valley on Saturday.
According to human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh, the colonists assaulted several Palestinian families’ tents, slashed the tires of a tractor, and destroyed property, including surveillance cameras installed in the area.
In a related incident, Israeli colonists stormed the Khirbet Makhoul community in the northern Jordan Valley, threatening and intimidating residents.
Just a day earlier, on Friday, colonists had also destroyed remnants of Palestinian tents in Khirbet Khadr, another northern Jordan Valley community.
Palestinian communities in the Jordan Valley frequently face attacks by Israeli colonists, who often act with impunity under the protection of the Israeli military. These assaults contribute to ongoing efforts to displace Palestinian residents from their lands.
