RAMALLAH, February 17, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces have detained, since yesterday evening until Monday evening, at least 25 Palestinians from the West Bank, including children and former prisoners.
The Commission of Prisoners' Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS) reported that the detentions took place in the governorates of Hebron and Ramallah, while the occupation continues to implement its aggression in the governorates of Jenin and Tulkarm for weeks, which is accompanied by ongoing detentions and field investigations, as the number of detentions in Jenin and its camp since the beginning of the invasion has reached 160, while in Tulkarm and its camps, the number of detentions has reached at least 130.
They pointed out that the arrests are accompanied by field executions, field investigations, in addition to attacks and threats against citizens, in addition to carrying out widespread abuse and destruction of infrastructure, and vandalizing and destroying citizens' homes.
