JORDAN VALLEY, February 14, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists attacked on Friday evening Palestinian-owned lands in the northern Jordan Valley, according to a local official.
Head of the Al-Maleh Village Council, Mahdi Daraghmeh, reported that the colonists fenced off several dunums of Palestinian land in the Wadi Al-Faw area and planted olive trees, in an apparent prelude to taking over the land.
Colonists’ attacks against Palestinians and their properties in the northern Jordan Valley have intensified in recent weeks. The attacks included physical assaults, home raids forced displacement of Palestinian herders and attempts to steal livestock and destroy property.
