Two Palestinians injured by Israeli gunfire in southern Gaza

GAZA, February 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Two Palestinian citizens were injured on Tuesday evening after Israeli occupation forces opened fire in southern Gaza, local sources reported.

The shooting took place near Al-Awda Square in the center of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. Medical sources confirmed the injuries but did not provide further details on their condition.

Since the beginning of Israel’s aggression on Gaza in October 2023, the death toll in the Strip has risen to 48,219, the majority of whom are women and children. The number of wounded has reached 111,665.

Many victims remain trapped under the rubble, as rescue teams struggle to reach them due to ongoing Israeli attacks and restricted access.
