JERUSALEM, February 10, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces seized a group of books and detained two siblings during their raid on the Scientific Library on Salah al-Din Street in occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the library and detained its owners, the brothers Mahmoud and Ahmed Mona, on the pretext of disturbing public order and selling inflammatory books, and seized the books related to Palestine.
It is noteworthy that the occupation forces closed the Jerusalem Library in the Khan al-Zeit market in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem a week ago and detained its owner, Hisham al-Akramawi, on the same pretext of selling books described as inflammatory.
