GAZA, February 2, 2025 (WAFA) – A child was killed and several others injured on Sunday afternoon when Israeli forces targeted a civilian vehicle with an airstrike on al-Rasheed Street, west of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
The total registered number of fatalities in Gaza has now reached 47,487 since the start of the Israeli onslaught in October 2023, with the majority being women and children. Over 111,588 people have been injured since the start of the offensive.
Despite the ceasefire agreement that took effect on January 19, 2025, Israeli forces continue to breach the truce by directly targeting civilians. In recent days, several individuals have been killed and others injured in these attacks.
