TULKAREM, January 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Tulkarem Governor, Abdullah Kamil, called on international organizations and human rights institutions to intervene and stop the latest Israeli crime against the Tulkarem Governorate.

In a press statement, Kamil said that Israeli forces launched a comprehensive attack earlier today, which was preceded by the bombing of a vehicle at the entrance of Nur Shams refugee camp and followed by a raid, during which they imposed a siege on the Martyr Thabet Thabet and Al-Israa Specialized Hospitals.

He pointed out that Israeli forces continue to ignore all international treaties, conventions, human rights laws and international humanitarian law through the ongoing crime against Tulkarem Governorate and the Palestinian people everywhere.

Kamil stressed that this aggression would not undermine the determination of the Palestinian people or their commitment to national principles and to ending the occupation, leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international legitimacy and United Nations resolutions.
